I understand that there are staff shortages all over but do not understand why they had 19 floors of a hotel open if they cannot get them clean. When I arrived at 4:45 PM they said a room was not available and they could not give me an idea of when one would be clean.
I made a reservation online for a check in time at 5 PM. The only reason it’s not a better review is it took five hours for me to get a hotel room and I was never notified about it. The hotel and the casino are very nice and very clean.
